He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bennis Strategic Services Nigeria Limited, an auction firm he established in 2007, which has grown into a trusted and reputable brand in asset disposal, real estate auctions, and strategic auction services across Nigeria.

In February 2026, he assumed office as President of the Nigeria Association of Auctioneers (2026–Present), where he is driving a transformative agenda centered on professional excellence, regulatory advancement, and global integration.
His contributions to the industry have earned him significant recognition. Under his leadership, Bennis Strategic Services Nigeria Limited was honored as “Africa’s Most Outstanding Recovery Sales Consultancy Firm of the Decade” at the African Brands Leadership Merit Awards.
