He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bennis Strategic Services Nigeria Limited, an auction firm he established in 2007, which has grown into a trusted and reputable brand in asset disposal, real estate auctions, and strategic auction services across Nigeria.
Under his leadership, the company has built a strong reputation for transparency, efficiency, and professionalism, serving government institutions, corporate organizations, and private clients nationwide.
Driven by a forward-thinking vision to transform the auction industry, Isibor is pioneering the development of a state-of-the-art Auction Mart—an innovative platform designed to simplify and modernize asset disposal in Nigeria. This initiative provides individuals and organizations with a seamless and transparent system for professional asset valuation and immediate monetization, ensuring clients receive fair value without delays or unnecessary complications. His professional journey within the Nigeria Association of Auctioneers (NAA) reflects a progressive and impactful rise through leadership ranks. Beginning as Assistant Public Relations Officer, he contributed significantly to enhancing the association’s visibility and stakeholder engagement. In 2013, he was elected Secretary, serving two consecutive terms until 2021, during which he strengthened organizational governance, coordinated national auction activities, and represented Nigerian auctioneers in both local and international forums. His tenure was marked by the introduction of training programs, professional workshops, and advocacy initiatives that significantly elevated industry standards in Nigeria.
In February 2026, he assumed office as President of the Nigeria Association of Auctioneers (2026–Present), where he is driving a transformative agenda centered on professional excellence, regulatory advancement, and global integration. His leadership priorities include expanding membership, strengthening institutional capacity, advocating for improved auction regulations, and fostering strategic collaborations with international bodies, particularly the National Auctioneers Association (USA) where is also a renowned member. His leadership continues to position the Nigerian auction industry for global competitiveness and relevance.
Isibor holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Eng) from Edo State University, Ekpoma, and has further distinguished himself internationally by earning two prestigious professional designations from the National Auctioneers Association (USA):
